Report Security Issues

At LIFEPULSE, the security of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. If you have discovered a security issue with any of our systems or services, we want to hear from you. Our goal is to resolve the issue as soon as possible and to do so in a manner that minimizes any potential harm to our customers.

If you believe you have discovered a security issue, please send an email to contact@lifepulse.work. In the email, please include a detailed description of the issue, including steps to reproduce the issue, if possible.

We ask that you not publicly disclose the issue until it has been addressed by LIFEPULSE. We also ask that you do not exploit the issue or cause harm to LIFEPULSE or its customers.

LIFEPULSE will make every effort to respond to your email within a reasonable amount of time. Please note that LIFEPULSE cannot guarantee a specific time frame for resolution, as each issue may require different amounts of time to resolve.
